RELAX & REFLECT
Drink some tea in our lobby and reflect and unwind from unwinding.
Prefloat
CAFFEINE
Refrain from consuming caffeine for 8hrs prior to your appointment as it will interfere with the quality of your float.
SHAVING
Refrain from shaving or waxing 8hrs preceding the float.
HAIR DYE
Make sure the water runs clear at home before coming for your float.
Relax
Relax before your float just like you warm up for the gym. Show up 15 minutes early & wind down.
duringFLOAT
Breathing
Conscious attention to the rate, speed, quality, and number of breaths you take is a good focal point to build a float practice.
STILLNESS
The less you move the better your float is going to be, and the more immediate the physiological response
LETTING GO (don’t try)
The best way to ruin your float is to spend 75 minutes stressing out about relaxing. Don’t do that.
